These terms apply when you use DraftRead at draftread.com. By using it you accept them; if you don't, please don't use DraftRead. The privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

DraftRead estimates composition advantages in League of Legends drafts. Analyses are informed opinions, not predictions of a result, and can be wrong.

Nothing on DraftRead is betting, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for any decision you make with an analysis, including wagers, and for following the law where you live.

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. An account is for one person; you are responsible for what happens on it. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age for online services where you live.

• The Free plan includes one draft analysis per day. Plan limits can change.
• A Pro pass is a single payment, processed by Stripe, for 24 hours, 1 month or 12 months of Pro. It starts when the payment is confirmed and doesn't renew automatically. Buying another pass adds its time on top of what you have left.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and can change, but a change never affects a pass you already bought. Taxes may apply.
• If something went wrong with a purchase, email [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and you keep any refund rights your local consumer law gives you. A refunded pass's time is removed from your account.

Only suggest observations you have the right to share. By suggesting a note you give DraftRead a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and permanent license to edit, publish and use it in analyses. We may decline or remove any note.

• Don't scrape DraftRead, automate analyses or get around plan limits.
• Don't share or resell accounts or passes.
• Don't disrupt the service, probe its security without permission, or reverse engineer it.
• Don't submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

The DraftRead site, analyses and knowledge base belong to DraftRead. You may use analyses for your own games, content and discussion; please credit DraftRead when you share one.

DraftRead isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

DraftRead is provided as is. Features change, and the service may be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we make no promise that analyses are accurate or complete.

As far as the law allows, DraftRead isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions based on an analysis. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using DraftRead at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Continuing to use DraftRead after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
