About

Drafts decide more than tier lists admit.

DraftRead is an independent League of Legends draft analysis tool. It exists because tier lists and win rates rate champions one at a time, while games are decided by how ten champions interact: who can start a fight, who survives it, and when each side wants to fight.

How the analysis is built

Every analysis reads the draft as two compositions. DraftRead rates both teams on 13 composition dimensions, from engage and crowd control to scaling and side-lane pressure, shows which side is favored in the early, mid, late and very late game, and explains the interactions behind those calls in plain language.

Alongside the ratings, DraftRead keeps a knowledge base of Draft Notes: specific observations about champions and combinations that general statistics miss, like a champion who falls off late or a pairing that turns fights. Players suggest notes, each one is reviewed before it is published, and approved notes appear in every draft they apply to.

Who it's for

DraftRead is built for competitive players, analysts, coaches and viewers who want context before a game starts. Analyses estimate composition advantages; they never guarantee a result.

  • Competitive players

Understand what your composition wants to do before the game starts.

  • Analysts

Turn draft observations into structured, reusable knowledge.

  • Coaches

Build a library of composition interactions and recurring patterns.

  • Spectators and prediction fans

Get another layer of context when evaluating a live or upcoming game. Analyses are context, not guarantees.
